CLT-Shuttle (Cross-Transport System)

Function

This flexible CLT shuttle system handles the transport of large-format CLT elements. The cross-travel via a floor-level rail system, as well as the central chain drive, enable a smooth, precise, and

panel-friendly operation – independent of panel size or line layout. Optionally integrated turning and rotating units automatically position the elements for further processing such as sanding or trimming. A cycle time of just a few minutes per panel ensures maximum efficiency in production.
